The easiest way to get to Ohrid is from Skopje, so it is the best option if you plan your flight to Skopje airport. Buses from Skopje to Ohrid run every few hours, the return ticket costs around 12 EUR and it takes 3 hours to get to Ohrid. You can check the schedule at Skopje-bus station.

There is also a small  airport in Ohrid (Ohrid-airport) and you could check whether there is a convenient connection for you to the Ohrid airport.
